Night out

My beautiful wife wanted to have a night out to unwind and relax so we went to Serendra and ate at Conti's. My staple of Fish Fillet and Parsley never failed to hit the spot while Jen ordered the Roast Beef. We also had the Green Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing which was light and appetizing.


After a very satisfying and inexpensive meal we hit Larry's Cafe and Bar and gorged on a delicious Chocolate Eh! Souffle and a Cafe Mocha... hmmmmmm.

On our way home Jen and I did something a little out of our normal routine. We went to Big Apple Express Spa and had a scalp massage for me and a Tokyo Stress Buster (aka back masage) for Jen. It was the perfect way to end the night.

My wife Jen and I took our dog Rex to the Boni High Street at The Fort this morning and he absolutely loved it! He went window shopping and peed all over the place with glee. He even managed to drop a hot one before leaving.

Memory upgrade

I just upgraded my MacBook Pro's memory from 2GB to 4GB and now it runs like a dream! Wouldn't it be nice if we could "upgrade" our memory to a newer, more capacious one.

Secret Recipe

My wife and I decided to go food tripping today just to get out of the house and she suggested this place at the Fort Global City called Secret Recipe. It's a pastry shop/restaurant from Malaysia and they pride themselves in their cheesecakes. We tried the Chocolate Cheese and it was velvety smooth and creamy without being overpoweringly sweet. Well worth a try if you are in the area.

I love my MacBook Pro

Alright, I am not trying to be another Apple cultist here but I just have so much pride for my "little" baby, the MacBook Pro. For the price of one notebook I get to use OSX and Windows! Admittedly, I use more of the latter when I bring it around and it does feel weird when I whip this thing out only to have the Windows login sound chime loudly for all to hear but I love it all the same.
